Sara Kirsch is a licensed life insurance broker and the founder of Secure with Sara, where she specializes in helping families find personalized, affordable protection through permanent life insurance solutions. She is licensed to serve clients in Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Arizona, Michigan, and Texas, and holds contracts with leading carriers such as Americo, Mutual of Omaha, AIG, Transamerica, and more.

Before entering the insurance industry, Sara built a strong foundation in financial services during her time at Federated Hermes, a global mutual fund wholesaler. There, she served as a Client Service Representative, assisting retail and institutional clients, and played a lead role in project execution.

Driven by a deep commitment to service and stewardship, Sara began her career as a broker in 2024 under the mentorship of Family First Life. Since then, she has helped over 25+ families secure more than $650,000 in life insurance coverage in her first six months alone. Her approach is centered on transparency, education, and compassion—whether she’s helping young parents safeguard their family’s future, guiding retirees through fixed income planning, or advising clients with limited budgets on their best options.

Sara earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, with a concentration in Business Management. During her final semester, she studied abroad in London, focusing on global business and international studies.

Faith plays a central role in Sara’s life and business. Inspired by Proverbs 19:1–2, she operates her practice with honesty, integrity, and a heart for helping others. She believes that insurance is not just a product—but a tool to provide peace of mind, financial stability, and long-term security for those we love most.

Sara lives in Pittsburgh, PA with her husband Aidan, their dog Sunnie, and two cats, Gracie and Pippy. Outside of work, she enjoys baking with her mom, tackling DIY home renovation projects, walking her dog in the local neighborhood, attending small group Bible studies at church, and spending time with family and friends.
